Freedom Summit 2026 in Shanghai: Superintelligence Becomes the Core of Every FIG Business

The FIG team on stage at the Freedom Summit in Shanghai

In September, partners from 19 countries gathered in Shanghai for the Freedom Summit. From the stage, Founder & President Narek Sirakanyan announced the group’s new focus — superintelligence in every FIG business — and revealed it live: presentations, social media, and visuals built in minutes instead of days.

Each year, Millenium brings together Freedom International Group’s partners and key clients for an international conference hosted in business hubs around the world. The event reviews the previous year’s results and sets the company’s priorities for the next one to two years. In Shanghai, Narek Sirakanyan took a longer view, presenting the group’s strategy through to 2036.

Sirakanyan identified four drivers of FIG’s growth: proprietary technology, in-house manufacturing, expert training and artificial intelligence in every process. The group intends to use AI across all its businesses and a broad range of activities, from customer service to content creation and order management.

For partners, this means practical changes to the way they work every day. Drawing on his own experience, he encouraged everyone in the audience to build an AI team of five assistants: a secretary, a customer analyst, a content creator, a learning assistant and a translator. These assistants will help them respond to questions faster, prepare materials in multiple languages, and handle routine tasks. They can use the time saved for personal interaction with clients, learning, and developing their teams.

FIG also introduced Nikol, the AI assistant it is developing in-house. She will answer customer questions around the clock in Russian, English and Vietnamese, provide product information and keep customers informed about the status of their orders. The first customers will be able to meet Nikol in December.

The group’s approach to personal health centers on tracking and using data over time. Measure key indicators, understand the results, adjust habits and test again. This cycle brings together qTest technology, expert knowledge and ongoing customer support. Superintelligence will also play a role in this process.

Narek outlined three stages of FIG’s strategy. The priorities for 2026–2028 are technological breakthroughs, with neural networks playing a leading role, alongside science and new markets. From 2028 to 2032, the group plans to expand its presence in cities worldwide, targeting one million customers. By 2036, FIG aims to become a leader in the health industry and set industry standards.
