FIRSTLINE Takes Center Stage at the Time Out Abu Dhabi Restaurant Awards 2026

Shortly after its official launch in the UAE, FIRSTLINE became an official sponsor of the 18th Time Out Abu Dhabi Restaurant Awards 2026, one of the region's most prestigious events for the hospitality and restaurant industry.

The awards ceremony took place at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi, bringing together more than 220 representatives from leading restaurants, hotels, and hospitality businesses. For FIRSTLINE, the event marked one of the company's first major public appearances in the UAE and provided an opportunity to introduce the platform to the professional hospitality community.

One of the highlights of the evening was the participation of Katarina Bajic, Global Project Director of FIRSTLINE, in the awards ceremony. She presented awards across six categories, underscoring the company's commitment to supporting the hospitality industry and building strong partnerships with leading market players.

Developed by the Sessia team with the support of Freedom International Group, FIRSTLINE is a mobile platform designed for the restaurant industry. The solution helps restaurants attract new guests, strengthen loyalty programs, and manage customer relationships through an integrated CRM. The platform is already integrated with the SevenRooms reservation system, enabling restaurants to implement the service without changing their existing operational processes.
