SMM manager

Responsibilities:

• Community management and development: Facebook, Instagram, VKontakte (maintaining Russian and foreign pages). Tasks on TikToK, Telegram, Odnoklassniki are also possible;
• Content creation. Working out the rubricator, mastering the tone of voice, creating a content plan;
• Growth and engagement management. Knowledge of the official and hidden mechanics for community growth and indexing stimulation, providing communities with reactions;
• Regular analytics of all of the project's social network channels and search for growth points;
• Interaction with related departments (design, web, copywriters);
  Participation in the creation of an SMM strategy: from competitive analysis and analysis of successful traffic generation mechanics to visual concepts.

Requirements (mandatory):

• Knowledge of professional tools: auto-posting, collecting statistics, collecting comments, reaction exchanges;
• An ability to set competent and understandable technical assignments;
• An ability to plan an advertising budget (target, bloggers, contests, etc.);
• Knowledge of advertising accounts on social networks;
• Having a portfolio;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel + PowerPoint tools;
• Possession of analytical tools and understanding of various types of ER metrics;
• A sense of style, good taste.

Requirements (would be an advantage):

• Knowledge of basic graphic content creation tools;
• English proficiency. Experience working with English speaking communities.

Conditions:

• Salary: ₽80 000;
• Official employment;
• Remote work (from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Moscow time).
